      "SHARE AND WIN"

      The following terms and conditions will rule the PROMOTION of " SHARE AND WIN " that ECART TECHNOLOGIES S.A. DE C.V. will offer to the users who want to use the digital platform of www.ecart.com.

      Ecart Technologies S.A. de C.V. It is located at 2470 Belisario Dominguez, 3rd floor, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, 64060.

      BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. If you are not satisfied with these terms and conditions, please do not use the ecart.com website.       APPLICABLE CONCEPTS

      1. Customer: The person who has a registered user and enters the ecart.com platform with the purpose of acquiring and/or purchasing a product online from the stores available in ECART.COM. 
      2. Social Networks: Communities formed by different users and organizations used by the Customer to interact, contact friends, meet new people, transmit information and opinions or share multimedia content on various Internet platforms. Such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Email, etc. Remember that each social network has its particular objectives and uses, in addition to the fact that the content must be adapted to each of them.
      3. Link:  Text, which with a single click will direct to the ECART.COM platform with the selected product to be shared. They usually start with https://ecart.com/....
      4. Referral: The person who makes a purchase on the ECART.COM platform through the shared link or publication in social networks generated by the Client.
      5. Credit: Credit that may be used by the Customer only on the ECART.COM platform to purchase the product(s) of their choice.

      PROMOTION SPECIFICATION “SHARE AND WIN”:

      Ecart.com gives registered customers the option to share on their social networks the link provided on the website ECART.COM, when a purchase is generated thanks to the link shared by the customer, this will be credited with 3% (three) percent of the purchase made, not including the value of shipping.

      This promotion will be regulated by the following specifications:

          1. CANDIDATES TO ACQUIRE THE BENEFITS OF PROMOTION AND OFFER:

      1. The Customer who is registered on the ECART.COM platform. 

           2. GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR “ECART DIGITAL COUPONS”: The Client will obtain the benefits acquired in the offer ¨ SHARE AND WIN ¨ according to the following guidelines:

      1.  A 3% (three) percent balance, to the Client's account automatically, for each purchase made by a Referral, which must be generated through the link shared by the Client.
      2. This 3% (three) percent of credit balance will be calculated by the total price of the selected product, not including the payment for shipping, and can be used in the different stores of ECART.COM. 
      3. This 3% (three) percent shall be credited to the Customer's credit balance within 7 (seven) days after the delivery of the product purchased by the Referral, the delivery of the Referral's product shall not be subject to any request for return or claim.
      4. The credit balance may be used in different stores, respecting the accumulated amount. In the event that the Customer wants to purchase one or more products and the total value is greater than the accumulated credit balance, the Customer must pay the difference.
      5. The promotion will not be transferable.
      6. The promotion cannot be accumulated with any other promotion.

            3. PROMOTION VALIDITY. The procedure to validate the "SHARE AND WIN" promotion is as follows:

      1. At the moment of entering the ECART. COM platform and select the product of your choice to share with your Referrals, the Customer will have two options, the first, share the link on their social networks such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and even Email, by clicking on the icon of the social network of your choice, which appear on the right side of the product photo, under the option "Buy Now" and "Add to Cart", this will generate a publication, also known as a "post" from the Customer profile of the chosen social network, promoting the product in question. The second option the Customer will have is to select the "Copy Link" icon, a notification will appear on the bottom right-hand side saying "Link copied to clipboard", then he/she will be able to share it with his/her Referrals by any means he/she wishes.
      2. When the Client shares the mentioned link or uses the share option by clicking on the icon of the social network of his/her preference, he/she will be participating in the "SHARE AND WIN" promotion.
      3. Each time the Client shares one or more products through the link in their social networks and a Referral clicks and buys a product in ECART.COM, 3% (three) percent of the purchase (not including shipping) will be generated as a credit to the Client.
      4. The credit balance may be used on the platform ECART.COM in any product of your choice.
      5. The credit balance will be in the national currency of the Customer, this can be Mexican pesos, Colombian pesos, Euros or U.S. dollars as appropriate.

      By participating in the promotion " SHARE AND WIN ", the Client affirms that has read and understood these Terms and Conditions, accepting the veracity, legitimacy, and guidelines which the promotion will be ruled consciously, reviewed satisfactorily the information described above, which is considered adequate and sufficient.
